Waving a package away

Since paying only happens at handover, a change of heart beforehand costs zero.

While nothing is paid

Tell us during the callback that plans changed, or let the driver leave with the package. Zero is owed.

After paying

Carton damaged, or something other than the card you chose? Email info@korvane.shop with the card name and the cell number from your slip. Our answer gives the remedy the distributor of that card offers where you live.

Returns within 14 days

In European Union countries, an unopened product with its seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery. An email to info@korvane.shop with the product and the mobile number used for the order is enough: the reply gives the distributor's address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days of the parcel's arrival. An opened product is not taken back, for hygiene reasons.
